Gentle, pleasant, slow but firm stretches, strokes and pressure on the body using thumbs, hands and elbows help to free blockages to the flow of Chi the vital force- along the body's energy lines. These blockages can be felt as pain, weakness or tiredness. By slowly bringing the body to a state of deep relaxation, self- healing can start to take place.

Ayurveda is based on an ancient Indian system of yoga, which promotes bodily health and strength. Deep penetrating strokes are combined with special Ayuryedic Herbal oil. Muscles become relaxed and joints more open, blood circulation and vital energy is strengthened and toxins are released. Pressure points are used to open the meridians and stimulate the flow of energy recharging the nervous system so it can find it natural balance. Chronic problems can be healed in a series of sessions.
