| Our Level One, three day,course is an entry level program for those either new to yoga or only slightinf familiar with yoga.The course will teach you how to do basic "asanas" (posture) and it will introduce you to some simple techniques of "paranayama" (breathing exercises).This course will significantly assist you with streatching,so that you will be able to relax your body with much greater ease then ever before.This course will assist you to treat chrinic aches and pains,as well as the sorts of sorness associated with activities such as trekking.Also include in this basic course are some simple concept that will allow you to begin effective meditation.Our level one course is a basic "body and mind" exprience that you will be able to take home with you and adapt to your own future needs. |

| Our Level Two, six day,course,is an intermediate program for those who have some degree of familiarity with yoga from previous experience,but who wish to push on to more advance yogic practices.This is a course for those who wish to establish their own daily practice in the future.This coures will theach you more advance "asanas" and also more advance "mudras" (posture for controlling "pranayama"). The Level Two asanas are much more vigorious than those in the Level One course. Relaxation techniques are an additional aspect of discourse, which will assist you in introducing new level of emotional calmness to your life. Meditation techniques will be taught which are highly beneficial, but you should keep in mind that this is primarily a yoga course. |

| Our Level Three,nine days,course is by far our most advanced.This course is clearly our most complete, allowing you to fully embrance the most challanging aspects of yoga. This course will not only advance you in any current yoga practices you already have, but ity will allow you to mentor in the future others at an entry level. This course covers all of the asanas in the level one and two courses, but much more advance asanas will be introduced. In additional, you will be taught more advance mudras. Also included in this course are practice of detachment, visualization, stress relief and guidence on how to maximise the benefit of your yogic practises. The entire package of this course will help you to reach a spiritiual calmness and sense of well begining,in addition to all of the benefits of the physical aspect of regular yogic practices. |
